Inspired by French sociologist and phycologist Baudrillard's classification of objects, Milan-based multidisciplinary design firm Studiopepe has created a series of works featuring soulful, organic shapes on a range of colorful placemats.
'Il Sistema Degli Oggetti', or 'SDO 05' for short, combines a textured gray carafe and white cup set on a striking tablecloth with black and deep gray/blue stripes. The bold yet understated composition is a testament to Studiopepe's unique eye for color, shape and texture.
