Wall Clock 'Turbine Clock'

Around 1950, America was characterized by a belief in progress and economic upswing. Everything seemed possible, people wanted to be modern. With the goal of bringing modern design into American homes, George Nelson designed a program of everyday objects: lamps, clocks and other home accessories.

Among them was the Turbine Clock wall clock, which has become an icon of 1950s design. The striking clock object brings a lot of character into your four walls with its brass tips, which look like a sun turbine arranged at an angle - and the contrasting hands in rod and teardrop shape.

An exciting clock and at the same time a beautiful and timeless object, as you are used to from the traditional house 'Vitra' with its high sense for the most beautiful products.
