The carpet Tres is an Indian flat woven Dhurrie carpet. Its unique feature is the production of three independent pieces in which different fibres predominate. The proportion and combination of wool, felt and cotton create tonal changes and irregularities in the weave and bring the pattern to life.

I especially like the fringes on the long edges. Only through them the tripartite nature of the whole becomes visible again. Because when joined together, the carpet has almost invisible transitions.
